Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Umbrella Merch Store, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

Products & Print-on-Demand

All products are produced on demand by Printful. Items are not held in inventory and are manufactured specifically when you place an order. Production typically takes 3–5 business days before shipping.

Product images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor calibration and printing variation.

Orders & Payment

  • All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and issue a full refund.
  • Discount codes are subject to their stated terms (expiry, usage limits) and cannot be combined unless explicitly allowed.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after production. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. See our Shipping page for full details.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only for defective or misprinted items, submitted within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We do not accept returns for size exchanges or change-of-mind orders because items are produced specifically for you. See our Returns page.

Intellectual Property

All brand logos, trademarks, and designs displayed on products are owned by their respective brand entities (JFA Realty, Title Union LLC, Great Florida Lending Inc). Purchasing merchandise does not grant you any license to reproduce or use these marks commercially.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allied Medias shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this store or any products purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
